phosphorylates certain transcription factors
including Sp1, Oct-1, p53 and SV40 large T

Immunofluorescence

Immunohistochemistry: (formalin/paraffin)
Use Ab at a 1:400 dilution for 20 min. at RT.
[Staining of formalin-fixed tissues REQUIRES
boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,
pH 6.0, for 10-20 min. followed by cooling at
RT for 20 min.]
